I'm finally done with the dining set. Here is the red version.
The blue version will be available very soon with more goodies
;). Please note that I cloned this table from the Hot Date picnic
table, so the bench is also included. For those who don't have
HD, a basic dining set is also coming in 2 colors.

Here is the second outdoor set, also in seagrass so that you
can combine it with the previous one. I'll call it the Seagrass
Collection, and I'm still not done... because my sims want to
enjoy this beautiful weather having breakfast and dinner outside
and they also need somewhere to sit, right? This set you can
use it outside but it looks also very nice in a summer house.
For those of you who downloaded the first seagrass set, please
download the red umbrella again, I've fixed one of the views.

Here is the first outdoor set for the 2009 spring-summer season.
You can place this sectional modules in the order you want and
as much modules as your sims need, so you can design your own
outdoor space. I've another one cooking in the 3d oven ;)

Hi there!
I found this beautiful classic fireplace mantel model and my
sims begged me to "simmish" it. You can find the beautiful
bay window i've used for this pic at Marina's
Sims.
I'm also working on a couple outdoor sets. Here is a preview
of one of them.

Today's
new update: To compensate, this time a bigger update:
- the Metropolitan Console: one console and 4 different atmospheres
for your entryway. You can have it decorated for each season.
The doors & windows I used to illustrate this furniture
pice belongs to Ferndale Sims. I've discovered this site a
couple weeks ago and completely fell in love with them. I
hope you like them too.
-New Lamp Colletion: it's time to renovate your lamps of your
sims livingrooms!
-Antique floors: I found this beautiful antique tiles and
wanted to share them with you. I've also designed a new laminated
wood floor that I'll be using a lot from now on, matching
Ferndale's doors and windows:
